Before First Use

Set up your Rolli Bowl for the best experience.

Installing the Rolli Bowl suction cups

Attach the suction cups

Insert into the holes under the base and press firmly.

Washing the Rolli Bowl parts before first use

Wash before first use

Wash all parts with warm, soapy water and rinse well.

Take It Apart

Gently release the clips and lift out the stainless-steel bowl.

Remove the rolling ball

Lift the stainless-steel ball from the center.

Remove the stainless-steel top

Remove the steel top

Lift the center tabs to detach the stainless-steel top.

Put It Back Together Reassemble in this order:
Base → Stainless Steel Top → Rolling Ball → Retaining Ring → Stainless Steel Bowl

Tip: Once installed, the suction cups can stay attached to the base.

What Can I Put in My Rolli Bowl?

The Rolli Bowl works best with liquid, soft, smooth, and lickable foods that can move easily around the rolling ball.

Tip: If a food is too thick, mix in a small amount of water for a smoother, more lickable consistency.

Please Note: Always make sure the foods and ingredients you choose are appropriate and safe for your specific pet. Foods suitable for dogs may not always be suitable for cats, and vice versa.

Disassemble Before Cleaning

Take the Rolli Bowl apart so each removable piece can be cleaned thoroughly.

Wash After Use

Rinse away food residue and wash the parts with warm water and mild dish soap.

Stainless Steel Parts

The stainless steel components are dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.

Base & Suction Cups

Hand wash the base and suction cups with warm, soapy water. Do not place them in the dishwasher.

Dry Before Reassembling

Allow all parts to dry completely before putting the Rolli Bowl back together.

My pet isn’t using the rolling ball. What should I do?
Give your pet time to explore it at their own pace. Starting with a familiar favorite food can help encourage licking and interaction.
The rolling ball isn’t moving easily. What should I check?
Make sure the Rolli Bowl is assembled correctly and that food residue isn’t restricting the ball. Very thick foods may also make it harder to roll.
Why isn’t food reaching the rolling ball?
Check that there is enough food in the lower bowl and that the consistency is smooth enough to move around the rolling ball. If needed, add a small amount of water.
The food seems too thick. What should I do?
Mix in a small amount of water until you reach a smoother, more lickable consistency.
Can I use dry food or kibble in the Rolli Bowl?
The Rolli Bowl is designed only for liquid, soft, smooth, and lickable foods.
How much food should I put in the bowl?

Are the food-contact materials safe for my pet?
The Rolli Bowl features 304 food-grade stainless steel and BPA-free ABS food-contact components that have been third-party laboratory tested for applicable food-contact requirements.
Can my pet use the Rolli Bowl unsupervised?
We recommend supervising your pet during use. The Rolli Bowl is an enrichment feeder and is not designed to be used as a chew toy.
